You can return the product/s purchased and paid within 10 working days from its/their receipt.
The consumer has the right to notify in written form to the merchant that he gives up the purchase, with no penalties and without providing a reason, within 10 working days from the receipt of the product/s or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract.
Complaints can be received at our company's contact address, see the contact page with address, phone number and email.Also in the following situations:
- The product is deteriorated or has a manufacturing defect;
- You received a product other than the ordered one;
- The difference betweent the image of the products in this site and the one you received is obvious and is proven (including the color difference but not the shade of colour, i.e. nuance). Nevertheless, according to the Terms of Use of this site, all photos may be different than the actual product, although they try to reflect the product you wil receive.
For the above mentioned reasons you have two options:1. We will replace the deteriorated product, and you will not have to pay the transport fees. Please check the package content in the presence of the transporter's agent. If the product is deteriorated, please mention this on the transport form and inform us. If you receive a deteriorated package, please refuse to receive it. Otherwise, any subsequent complaint is not valid. If you see later that the product is defect, please contact us at the email address specified in the contact page.
2. You will be reimbursed in full, shipping and handling fees included. You will receive by email instructions about this option.
PRODUCT RETURNS
- The product must be returned in the original package.
- The return transportation costs are not reimbursed. We will accept only packages that have prepaid the transportation fee.
- The returned product mus be insured at its real value through the transporter. The confirmation of receipt is mandatory.
- The return of the money is made through the same way you paid.
The product is not reimbursed if:
- The return reason is subjective and does not refer to the product features or quality;
- You change your mind after the product was ordered and paid for, if not otherwise mentioned at the terms of the RETURN POLICY;
- The address you used for the order was wrong or inexact.
